  • an occupied / unoccupied map (not as a list of chains, but as a full-fledged attribute map). To create and fill in this map you need to execute the method appropriate for the file system (or disk). For example, you can create a snapshot with the legend to understand which of the files found during the analysis are partially or completely overwritten with a 'fresh' file system
  • a head map that allows you to apply the entire existing set of tool to it thanks to the visualization function
  • a file system validation map that is created and filled when the corresponding file system method is run. You can use it to check the condition or quality of the build (FLASH, RAID, translator, or disk based on the map). Besides, this map allows you to sort the files as good, conditionally good, and bad, along with the feature to create snapshots with a legend
  • a RAID members map which is built for RAID when you run the corresponding method in the explorer. Together with the map to check the validity of the file system, this map allows you to easily identify irrelevant RAID members
ADDED a method to create the table statistics for one map based on the other one. For example, the 'Map statistics of file system integrity based on RAID members” allows to easily and visually identify irrelevant RAID members
ADDED the ability to make a copy in files of segmented storage (Forensic) during the DE task creation (when selecting destination storage). In this case, the copy is created for the entire disk, information about corrupted sectors is stored in metadata. When you start copying, you can specify the percentage or number of bad sectors above which the data cloning will be stopped. In this case, the software asks you for permission to prevent or complete the cloning

The PC-3000 SSD contains a set of specialized utilities for working with solid-state drives. This set includes the Universal Utility for diagnosing any SSD based on the ATA-8 specification (both currently existing models and those that will be manufactured in future) and the Active Utilities (Special Utilities) intended for working with a particular drive model in factory mode. It enables to deeply diagnose SSDs, to perform service operations, to re-write the drive's microcode, to get direct access to memory chips, to carry out low-level formatting blocking the damaged cells and placing their addresses into the defect table, and to perform many other useful operations.

The list of Active Utilities of the PC-3000 SSD System is expanded as soon as new SSD models are studied, and it is a continuous process. Those utilities that are currently available allow you to successfully recover data from all contemporary solid-state drives and to resolve the majority of wide-spread SSD problems. Special adapters and connectors for the PC-3000 Portable / Express / UDMA have been added in order to use technological interfaces to diagnose and repair drives.

PCIe NVMe/AHCI Adapter for Apple Macbook SSD

SATA-mSATA adapter for SSDs based on the mSATA interface

SATA-mSATA adapter is designed to connect SSDs based on the mSATA interface to the ports of the PC-3000 systems. This type of SSD uses the SATA transfer interface implemented in a small-size version of the mSATA form factor. The adapter is equipped with a 3.3V power LED and drive activity LED indicators. Half-Size and Full-Size PCBs are supported.

PC PATA-SATA adapter for SSDs based on PHISON PS3109 and PS3111 controllers

When you work with SSDs based on Phison PS3109 and PS3111 controllers in Techno Mode, the technological commands can not be transmitted via the Marvell 88SA8052 bridge controllers installed in PC-3000 Express and PC-3000 UDMA-E. That is why you should use the external PC PATA-SATA adapter based on Jmicron 20330 chip.

The PC PATA-SATA adapter should be installed in the IDE connector (PATA0 or PATA 1) of the PC-3000 Express board (or PATA 0 of the PC-3000 UDMA-E board). PC-PATA-SATA adapter is powered by a splitter cable (included in the adapter delivery kit), which is also powered by Power PATA cable (white 4-pin Molex) from the PC-3000 Express or PC-3000 UDMA-E.

How to connect the PC PATA-SATA adapter:

Once you connect the PC PATA-SATA adapter, one of the PATA ports of the PC-3000 Express or PC-3000 UMDA-E turns into a SATA port that allows you to work with SSDs based on PHISON PS3109 and PS3111 in the Techno mode.

When you launch the PC-3000 software, please select the PATA port (to which the PC PATA-SATA adapter is connected and which works as a SATA port). That’s it! Now you can recover data from SSDs based on Phison PS3109 and PS3111 controllers.

SATA-M.2 adapter for SSDs based on the M.2 key B or Key (B+M) interface

SATA-M.2 adapter is designed to connect SSDs based on the M.2 key B or Key (B+M) interface to the ports of the PC-3000 systems. This type of SSD uses the SATA transfer interface implemented in a small-size version of the M.2 form factor. The adapter is equipped with a 3.3V power LED and drive activity LED indicators.
